Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and done daily, and we particularly loved the huge balcony overlooking the pool area, perfect for lazy days playing with my 5-year-old son's toys outside. However, the state of disrepair in some areas was a downside. The service was top-notch, with all staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, close to various attractions but a bit shaded at times. The dining experience was satisfactory with a decent selection, although some areas lacked variety. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-equipped for self-catering with all the essential facilities, and the sunny balconies offered lovely pool views. However, there were chaotic times in the common areas at the hotel.
The hotel offered basic rooms but suited me and my 5-year-old son well with a huge balcony overlooking the pool area for lazy days. The lack of proper information about hotel amenities was a downside. The service was fantastic, especially from the club Cantabrica rep. The location was lovely with shade-providing trees, but the need for a deep clean was noticeable. The dining options were typical for a foreign hotel with some hits and misses. The facilities overall were good but could use improvement.
